Can you add the border of South Sudan which became independent in 2011 in File:Circumcision Prevalence using a gray scale.svg, File:Global Map of Male Circumcision Prevalence by Country.svg, File:Circumcision Prevalence using red for the most circumcising countries.svg and File:Global Map of Male Circumcision Prevalence at Country.svg?
