This image is published in John Carter's Sex and Rockets: The Occult World of Jack Parsons without attribution (2004, p. 187) and appears on the front cover of George Pendle's Strange Angel: The Otherworldly Life of Rocket Scientist John Whiteside Parsons (2005) also without a copyright notice, indicating that it is in the public domain.
